Our Demolition Services
House Demolition
Looking to demolish an old or damaged home and get your site ready for a new build?
We carry out full and partial residential demolitions on the Gold Coast, including knockdown rebuilds. We fence the site, protect neighbouring properties and leave it clean and clear for your builder. We provide free quotes on all services. Before you start, read what to know before starting a demolition project on the Gold Coast.
Commercial Demolition
Planning to expand, renovate or repurpose a commercial space? We carry out strip outs, selective demolition and full site clearance, and we plan the work around neighbouring businesses.
Bridge Demolition
We carry out bridge demolition, large or small. Using high-powered excavators and precision-controlled cranes, we dismantle ageing or unsafe infrastructure safely.
Asbestos Removal
Asbestos found mid-job can stop work. We hold Class A and Class B licences, so inspection, testing and removal can be arranged as part of the same project, before demolition starts. We remove all asbestos-containing materials, including insulation, cement sheeting, vinyl floor tiles and pipe lagging.
Approvals and Rules for Demolition on the Gold Coast
Approvals can hold up a project if they are left late, so we work with your certifier early. Clients tell us the paperwork was ready when they needed it.
Most house demolitions need building approval, which a private building certifier usually handles. Planning approval can also apply, for example to heritage or character properties.
Building work that neighbours can clearly hear is only allowed from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday. After-hours work needs an after-hours building work permit from Gold Coast City Council.
Our guides explain which permits and council approvals apply on the Gold Coast and how the rules on the Gold Coast differ from Brisbane.
What Clients Say About Communication and Schedule
“Considering I am in Sydney and the house to be demolished was on the Gold Coast the whole experience was seamless. Communication was exceptional.”
Gail Fitzpatrick, Google review
“…delivered our house demolition to a high standard, safely, on time, to the agreed date even when the actual demolition works were interrupted by Cyclone Alfred.”
Zain Booker, Google review
“We had a deadline to meet so other contractors could come on site and prep the yard for a new build, knowing this, his team worked through a Saturday to make sure the job was completed ahead of time.”
Brock Spradbrow, Google review

Types Of Demolition We Offer On The Gold Coast
Full Demolition and Knockdown Rebuilds
We demolish entire houses and buildings and clear the site for your builder. This suits knockdown rebuilds and outdated or unsafe buildings that need complete removal. See how the demolition process works.
Partial and Selective Demolition
Need to keep part of the structure? We remove specific sections, such as an old extension, and protect the rest. This suits renovations, extensions and staged rebuilds. Where materials can be reused, we take them apart carefully instead of knocking them down. Our guide compares partial and full house demolition.
Interior Demolition and Strip Outs
Planning a renovation, a new layout or leaving a business location? We remove walls, ceilings, pipes and fittings and leave a clean slate, while protecting the outer structure. See what a commercial strip out includes.
